1. Services

NextGen provides website redesign services ("Website Sprint") for a one-time fee. Our services include website design, content creation, and delivery within the specified timeline.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full before work begins. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the intensive nature of our design process, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. We encourage you to review our portfolio and process carefully before purchasing.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all rights to your website content and design. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Hosting Services

Monthly hosting is billed automatically. Cancellation requires 60 days' written notice. A $300 fee applies for site transfers to external hosting.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextGen's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
